Return Process
We will help arrange the pick-up or shipping of your massage chair return.
For small massagers like the Ogawa Foot Therapy Plus, we will send a Return Shipping Label, and the return can be dropped off at a local UPS Store.
All items must be packed in the original packaging. This includes Manuals, Parts, and Accessories. Any missing items may result in additional costs.
Once your item has been picked up or shipped it can take 3-4 weeks to be returned to our facility.

Exchanges
You can exchange your item by applying your return credit to the purchase of a new item.
Once an Exchange has been made, customers are no longer eligible for a return.
