The rollers on the bottom of the chair and help from “strong” friends made it easy to transport into my home along with navigating two steps. My friends were able to set it up without the additional charge of $399 to have a technician do it. I’m amazed with all the variables to consider with each of the settings! If I need to change the intensity, I can easily do that in the midst of a massage. Directions are easy to monitor.
