40+ Years of Military Toll on my Body. . .

"After my recent retirement from the military and a 40-year career (with 30+ years as a helicopter/tiltrotor pilot), I suffer from chronic back and neck pain primarily from close to 4,000 hours of flying with the weight of an armor vest, survival gear, and Helmet with Night Vision Goggles on my body and neck.
