"When it comes to struggling daily with chronic back pain, a major oversight is that a lot of people overlook to the quality of a chair before sitting down. Having that as a prerequisite, I adore this chair. It cups my back and hugs my skin instead of just squishing down and making anything but an enjoyable experience possible. Add in the massauging function, heating pad and air pressure feature to really help stretch muscles that otherwise get no attention... This chair has everything needed to make for a pleasurable and safe experience for long periods of time. Along with that -- it is very easy to assemble. There's six bolts, 3 sets of cottor pins and a few air hoses to clip together. Couldn't get much more simple than that. This chair albeit a hefty sum, will still cost less in one annual year than visiting a chiropractor and masseuse on a scheduled basis. The number is hefty, but well worth the money spent. Spend the time to save up, years or months -- you don't need to teter totter about it. This chair will be a tool that can be used for many years to come, and with all the different selections to choose from without the completely manual adjustment mode, there is plenty of different ways to enjoy this chair."

"It came quickly, nice packaging. Easy to assemble. It looks clean, sleek and just the right space in my bedroom. Simple but powerful. Strong massage chair. I love the ambient lights, and bluettoith compatibility for my spa music whil getting massage. The zero gravity is also nice and comfortable. Would recommend it. Don’t buy cheap massage Chairs it’s just a waste of money. Invest in something that u can use and would Last."

"Rick at Ogawa was very helpful. He helped me understand all the programs and what makes this chair great. Me and my wife Kim couldn't agree more. We love the 3D roller it is very smooth and easy to make strong or soft. My son also loves all the programs and everyone enjoys there time in the chair. It was a big purchase but worth it. I chose 4 stars because the white glove delivery could have been better. the chair is easy to put together but the delivery men took almost two hours. We called Rick and he helped us out and we thank him a lot."

"I didn't know that a chair like this existed, It seems like a thing of the future. I've gotten used to the remote functions and you can really change up your massages depending on what you're feeling like. I normally like deep massage but I had the flu last week and used the chair on the Swedish program and it made me feel so much better. The massage covers your whole body so you'll have awesome neck and shoulder massage but low back is great and foot rollers are great too. So good."
