How do I place an order?
We want you to feel as secure as possible when making a purchase with us, therefore we offer a few different ways to place your order:
- Order Online –When you place an order through our website, you will find it safe, easy, and fast. Available 24 hours a day.
- Call Us –Our Customer Service Team is ready to take your order by phone. You can reach us at 844-GET-OGAWA (844-438-6429) during our normal business hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, and closed Sunday PST (excluding holidays).
What Are My Payment Options?
- Payment Options – We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Check, and Money Orders*We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have verified your card details.
- Fraud Checks –May be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.
- Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks, and Money Orders –Please print your shopping cart and send it with your payment to: Ogawa World USA, 861 S Oak Park Rd, Covina, CA 91724. Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions we might have.
Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.
